He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Novak; his son Scott Novak (Denise Moore); his grandchildren, Kristi Novak, Simontha Cassel, Kyle, JJ Novak, Megan, Tricia Hollis, Dakota and Elizabeth Moore; and his great grandchildren, Wyatt DeBord, Grayson Moore and Evelyn Moore.
