She was predeceased by: her brother Dennis Tompkins; and her parents, Harry V. Tompkins and Regina Tompkins (Glod). She is survived by: her husband Edward C. Perchalski Jr.; her children, Andy (Kim), Brian, Dennis (Taylor), Kevin (Ginger) and Connie Kehner (Michael); her grandchildren, David, Jacob, Brianna, Andy, Ryder, Lukas and Kai; and her sister Carol Gallagher (Dennis). She is also survived by 4 great- grandchildren.
