He was predeceased by: his wife Carol; his daughter-in-law Donella Green; and his sisters, Betty Bonham and Lois Fitts. He is survived by: his sons, Jeff and Randy; his grandchildren, Jessica Martin, Kyle Green, Todd Green, Jamy Morrell, Grant Green, Weston Green and Erin Green; and his siblings, Esther Bell, David Green and James Green. He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
