He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Kouba and Mary Kouba (Novak); and his wife Frances Ruzicka of Yukon. He is survived by: his children, Rita Halbert (Terry) of Yukon, Debbie Peffer (Glen) of El Reno and Keith Kouba of Yukon. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and seventeen great-grandchildren.
