He was predeceased by: his parents, John Jacob Marx and Lola Marx Moore (Powell); his stepfather Richard Moore; his sister Layna; his stepson Mark Griffin; his daughter-in-law Marilyn; and his grandsons, Joshua and Jesse.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Marx; his sister Lynn; his brother-in-law Bob Elliott of Edmond; and his stepchild Andrea Griffin of Midwest City.
