He was predeceased by: his parents, Latha Stout and Martha Stout; and his wife MaryAnn Benoit. He is survived by: his children, Anita Paris of Dickson, TN, Bonnie Harris of Hennessey, OK and Tom Stout (Sharon) of Piedmont, OK; and his siblings, Billie Clydena Fox of Lawton, OK, Martha Ann Coyt of Ninnekah, OK and Dale Stout of Mo. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
