He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Hite; his daughter Denise (Robert Phillips); and his grandchildren, Nicholas Shaw, Kelly Nordeen, Kaci Phillips and Nathan Shaw. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren and other relatives and friends.
