He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilburn Lay and Violet. He is survived by: his daughter Danielle Bouldin; his son-in-law Ron Bouldin; his siblings, Judy (Irmon Gray) and Thomas (Sandy Lay); his sister-in-law Eden Lay; his grandsons, Brett Armstrong Jr. and Brandon Rickey; and his brother Richard Lay. He is also survived by his friends, brothers and sisters.
