He was predeceased by: his father Richard Muzzy; and his stepmother Kris Muzzy. He is survived by: his mother Cheryl Perkins; his stepfather Henry Perkins; his sister Lynna Kienlen; and his stepsiblings, Sandy Miller, Jana Perkins, Scott Perkins, Marvin Perkins and Bob Sowder. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
