He is survived by: his wife Peggy; his daughter Jill Givens Olsen; his grandsons, Jeff (Anna Olsen), Chad (Kayci Olsen) and Tucker (Rachel Olsen); his great grandchildren, Paisley of Broken Arrow, OK, Paxton of Broken Arrow, OK, Elena of Broken Arrow, OK, Eloise of Broken Arrow, OK and Thomas of Broken Arrow, OK; his brother Richard Givens of Elk City, OK; his brothers-in-law, John Smith of Strong City, OK and Randy Smith of Phoenix, AZ; his half-sister Betty Ruth Givens; and his stepsister Shirley Walker of Hammon, OK. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
