He is survived by: his foster brother Bob Paige; his children, Debra Ann (Debbie) and Nathan Dwight (Layla) of Jupiter, Florida; his son-in-law Darrell Kelly; his grandson Jaden Kelly; his wife Helen Margaret Hazlett of Yukon, Oklahoma; his children, Debbie Linder (Tom) of Hope and Shelly Kelly (Darrell) of Houston; his brother Paul Haley (Barbara) of Delphos, Kansas; his nephews, Rodney Haley (Vickie) of Delphos and Steven Haley (Erika) of Waynesville, Missouri; his brother-in-law Gary Hinson of Great Bend, Kansas; his nephew Greg; his niece Tammy Hinson of Great Bend, Kansas.; his grandchildren, Lacy Smith, Ashlin Kelly, Caleb Haley, Erica Linder, Emma Haley, Callie Jo Linder, Angie Linder, Mindy Linder and Paige Linder; and his great grandchildren, Kelsie Smith, Thaddeus Smith and Coraline Smith.
