He is survived by: his wife Pam Friesen; his daughters, Bridgette Heinrichs and Jennifer Friesen; his siblings, Alvin Friesen (Kristin), James Friesen (Kris) and Joyce Barfield (David); and his brother-in-law Randy Olson. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
