He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his children, Charles M. B. Smith of Yukon and Michelle Booth; his granddaughter Morgan Booth of Mustang; and his sister-in-law Naoma Smith of Coyle. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and many great friends.
