He was predeceased by: his parents, Bobby Churchwell and Gaylene Churchwell (Whitley). He is survived by: his wife Ranay Churchwell; his sons, Bobby Joe "Bo", Ashley Churchwell of Dale, OK, James Jeffery Bruce "JJ" and Shelby Churchwell of Dale, OK; his sister Marcia (Rex Dockray); and his grandchildren, Breonna, Allie, Billy, Maverick and Aaron. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
