She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Epps and Barbara Epps (Bellazano); and her brothers, Donald Epps and Gary Epps. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Blaylock; her children, Tisha Blaylock (Ryan Buddenhagen) of Oswego, KS and Christopher Blaylock (Jessica) of Yale, OK; her grandchildren, Courtney Kelly of Parsons, KS, Connor Kelly of Parsons, KS, Colby Miller, Candice Blaylock and Cayden Blaylock of Yale, OK; her siblings, Tamara Pifer, Sharol Ford and Ronald Dorman; and her siblings-in-law, Dennis, Willis, Timothy Blaylock and Joann. She is also survived by family, along with a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
