He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia Ann Gazaway; his parents, Vina Gazaway and Albert N. Gazaway; his siblings, Albert E. Gazaway and Laura Mae Ryder; and his great grandchild Tynlee Holloway.

He is survived by: his daughters, Kathy Benson (Mike) of Yale, Teresa Sturgeon (Rodney) of Gentry, AR, Carol Squires (Tim) of Yale and Cheryl Stewart of Yale.
