He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Eldon Dershem and Jean Dershem; his spouse Sandy Dershem; his children, Warfield Dershem (Shannon) of Stillwater, OK, LeeDonna Blackowl-Justice (Martin) of Stillwater, OK and Shanetelly Staton (Kelly) of Owasso, OK.; his brothers, Myles Dershem (Lisa) of Nash, OK and Monty Dershem of Kansas City, KS; and his grandchildren, Corbin Hopkins, Evan Hopkins, Olivia Staton, Owen Staton, Sunni Justice, Ben Dershem, Abigail Dershem and Hannah Dershem.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Fellowship Baptist Church (201 E. Boston, Yale, OK 74085). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at 315 E Chicago Ave, Yale, OK 74085. A graveside service was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at the Hawley Cemetery.
