She was predeceased by: her brother David Hope. She is survived by: her husband Howard Clark; her children, Michael Clark (Lorrie) of Yale and Michelle Warnock (Robert) of Yale; her grandchildren, Katelyn Clark (Jaden Folden), Connor Clark (Allie Clark), Kascen Humble, Colt Humble, Janet Fortenberry (Adam Fortenberry), David Lee (Kassie Lee), Megan Morrow (Chris Anderson), Ty Morrow, Michael Warnock and Logan Warnock; her great grandchildren, Noah, Jaxson, Azlynne, Katy and Josie; her siblings, Janey Hope, Thomas Hyatt of Tulsa, Patty Cramer (John) of Tulsa and Carolyn Regen (Michael) of Franklin; her sister-in-law Jackie Hope (Janice) of Tulsa; and her family Janice. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Janice's name to the Friends of the Yale Public Library Association.
