She was predeceased by: her parents, William Edgar Morton and Eva Merle Harris Morton; her husband Bruce Ballard; her son Terry Don Blumer; and her brother-in-law Marty Smith.

She is survived by: her children, Darren Blumer (Janet) of Tulsa and Jodi Avery (Dwayne) of Oklahoma City; her sisters, Ruby Rogers (Phillip) of Cushing, Kathy Spears (Tim) of Pawnee, Roberta Smith of Pawnee and Sheila Romaine (Loyd) of Mehan; and her grandchildren, Austin Blumer, Andrew Blumer, Taytum Avery and Grayson Avery. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
