With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John David Israel of Wynona, Oklahoma, born in Tahlequah, Oklahoma, who passed away on July 11, 2024 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Gabe Israel and Bonnie Israel (Potter); his daughter Leona Sue Barnes; and his grandson Ryan Mitchell Barnes. He is survived by: his grandson Jake Barnes; his great grandchildren, Kaylinn, Jacob and Ian Barnes; his sisters, Bobette Williams and Jane Anderson (Howard); his brother-in-law Ralph Williams; and his close friend Judy Hill. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
