He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Louise; his sisters, Gayle Henderson and Judith Parr; and his grandchildren, Braden Nicholson and Kailynn Nicholson.
He is survived by: his children, Donna Robinson (John), Sonya Nicholson (Brad), Melanie Anne Airington, Matt Airington (Ann), Austin Ray Airington, Ramon Airington, Jr. and Mark Chapman. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
