She is survived by: her husband Randy Wade of Ravia; her son Matthew Wade; her grandchildren, Malachi, Jonas, Skye and Moses Wade; her daughter Bethany McCord (Brandon); her grandchildren, Aden Carroll, Sydney, McCord and Lillian Wade; her great grandchildren, Zephaniah of Sulphur, Oklahoma. and Jeremiah Wade of Sulphur, Oklahoma.; her brother Jerry Johnson (Suzanne) of Coleman; her mother-in-law Catherine Pendergraft (Wisdom) of Mill Creek; and her brother-in-law Steve Bell of Mill Creek. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
