She was predeceased by: her parents, John Qualls and Effie Qualls (Sparks); and her siblings, Mildred Altom, Melba Stepp, J. C. and Lonnie Qualls.
She is survived by: her husband Stanley Guinn; her children, Sherilyn Suchy (Billy) of Wanette, OK, Russell (Kathy) of Yukon, OK, Wayne (Dawn) of El Dorado, Terry (Sherry) of Norman, OK and Chris (Naomi) of Warr Acres, OK; her brothers, Kenneth Qualls of Byars, OK and Jerry Qualls of Colleyville, TX; her son Jim Guinn; and her great grandchildren, Dustin Staats, Matthew, Weston, Chance, Grayson, D. J. and Cayden. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donation to be made to the National Breast Cancer Foundation.
