He is survived by: his children, Chris (Carol Perry) of Mustang, Blue (Misty Perry) of Wynnewood and Radonia Cottrell of Paoli; his grandchildren, Addison (Chase Johnson), Carrington Alm, Alexis Perry, Ayla Perry and Kadie Perry; and his great grandchildren, Kenna and Ember (Mary Nelms). He is also survived by many other extended family members and friends.
