He is survived by: his wife Debbie Kay; his children, Eric Bentley, Wendy Castleman (Brent) and Lacey Adams (Scotty); his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Richard Bentley, Kayanna, Sevy, Gage Adams, Claire Castleman, Britton, Keeley and Bryce Pruett; and also, Steve, Lesa Adams, C. R., Melissa Pruett and Joey Adams. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
