He is survived by: his children, Teri Carter of Cedartown, GA, Amber Louise Lambeth of Stillwater, OK, Jeremy Harris of Wynnewood, OK, Kevin Matthew Low of Newcastle, OK and Brian Low of Clearwater, FL; and his sisters, Becky Crabtree of Nashville, AR, Donna Jordan of Land and Angie Miller of Nashville, AR. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
