He was predeceased by: his wife Ruth; his children, Floyd Douglas, Frederick Campbell and Elizabeth Ammons (Deon Ammons); his grandsons, Eric Campbell and John Ammons; and his siblings, Bernie, George Oscar, Jr., Juanita, Fern and Lorene.
He is survived by: his son David; his daughters-in-law, Debbie Campbell of Stillwater and Doris Campbell of Katie, TX; and his grandchildren, Shannon, Noel, Ryan Campbell and Christy Wheeler. He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild, and a host of nieces and nephews.
