He is survived by: his wife Lavonna Louise Smith; his children, Josh Smith and Haley (Hunter Norris); his siblings, Sue (Fred Rachel), Ronnie (Lori Smith), Robbie (Cindy Smith) and Brenda Smith; and his grandchildren, Jaycee, Shaley, Kasin, Kannin and Kovington.
