She is survived by: her son Jimmy Roy Phillips (Rita) of Wynnewood, OK; her siblings, Bill Hamilton, Lyda Owens and Catherine Clark; and her grandchildren, Jeffrey Jim Phillips (Amy), Lisa Hoffman (Jeremy) and Matthew Phillips (Cassie). She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
