He is survived by: his wife Theda Jo Worrell (Neal); his daughters, Cheryl Lynn Hieser and Shellie Laine Gibson; his grandchildren, Bobby Lee Bellows, Christy Laine Alaytsev and Jordyn Lynn Hieser; his great grandchildren, Raeleigh, Kynnedy, Gunnar, Mattie Bellows, Ava and Mila Alaytsev; and his siblings, Donna Elaine Nowell and John W. Worrell. He is also survived by three daughters.
