He is survived by: his wife Judy Willard; his children, Angie Willard of Oklahoma City and Bret Willard of Tishomingo; his grandchildren, Bethany Willard-Robinson (Dakota) of Caddo and Hunter Willard of Mannsville; his sister-in-law Mary Ann Willard of Ft. Smith, Arkansas; and his sister Ann Teel of Harlingen, Texas. He is also survived by 1 nephew, 1 niece, 2 great nephews, 1 great niece.
