She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Ozbirn and Pearl Bradley Ozbirn; her sister Norma Williams; and her half-brother Gary Ozbirn. She is survived by: her son Richard Byers; her siblings, Freda Ozbirn, Carl Ozbirn (Darlene) and Lonnie Ozbirn (Julie); and her half-siblings, Chris Ozbirn (Jackie) of Winters, TX, Don Ozbirn, Cindy Barrow of Ballenger, TX and Betty Bailey. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
The family requests masks be worn at the service, due to COVID.
