He was predeceased by: his father David Leroy Burleson; and his grandparents, Beverly June Marshall, Lois Burleson and Dolphie Burleson. He is survived by: his mother Sharlene Marie Burleson (Marshall); his wife Cassandra Lee Burleson (Allen); his grandfather Clyde "Paul" Marshall of Anderson, Missouri; his children, Christian Sullivan, Michael Johnson II, Alexis Johnson, Kaden Burleson, Miah Burleson and Kyler Burleson; and his siblings, Keith Burleson of Seneca, Misti Gricks of Anderson and Dennis Batson of Noel, Missouri.
