He is survived by: his former wife Pamela Darlene Smith; his wife Pam Hooten; his children, Destiny Blaylock of Wyandotte, Jasmine Blaylock of Wyandotte, Heather Griggs (Gaston) of Lamar, AR and Logan Blaylock (Shantel) of McGregor, TX; his brother Jimmy Stephens; and his grandchildren, Gracie, Sadie, Sophie, Maycie, Mia, Garrison, Paislee, Waylon and Kasher.
