He is survived by: his children, Ike Mustain (Katheryn) of Miami, OK, Rex Mustain (Julie) of Overland Park, KS, Margie Tyree (Terry) of Monkey Island, OK and Rhonda Pierce (Martin) of Wyandotte, OK; and his sisters, Carolyn Fenton of Commerce, OK, Delsie Rhoades of Commerce, OK and Julie Hines of Anderson, MO. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
