She is survived by: her husband Charles; her daughters, Janet Cook (Jerry Green) and Diane Cook of Turkey Ford; her nieces and nephews, Lisa Johnson, Jill Jones, Terry Cook, Randy Cook, Keith Crowder, Darla Crowder and Maurine Crowder; and her grandchildren, Angelina, Carlos, Alexia and Genesis.
