He is survived by: his wife Carrie Taylor; his daughters, Valerie Howard (Barry) of Jenks and Stephanie Taylor of Stillwater; his grandchildren, Lyla Howard and Nolan Howard; and his siblings, Helen Watts, Annette Wurtz, Debra Parcell, Robert Taylor, Blaine Taylor III and Zachary Taylor.
