He was predeceased by: his parents, William Rush and Lois Rush (Eberhart); and his daughter Babs Pulliam. He is survived by: his wife Linda Ann Roberson; his children, Tonya Caudill (Eric) of Wyandotte and Jamie Rush (Marcie) of Quapaw; his brother Michael Rush of Riley, SC; and his grandchildren, Jeromy Caudill, Derik Caudill, David Rush, Danielle Pulliam, Caleb Sabatka, Megan Rush, Nikota Rush and Bow Rush. He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
