He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnnie Isaiah Tanner and Jean Louise Tanner (Long); his siblings, Iris Bolin and Grover Tanner; and his granddaughter Angel Tanner.
He is survived by: his daughters, Michelle Hathcock (Chris) of Tulsa, OK, Nancy Joan Tanner (Justin Woods) of Wyandotte, OK and Melissa Thompson (Daniel) of Adair, OK; his siblings, Karen Seigel of Welch, OK and John Tanner of Perkins, OK; his grandchildren, Carrie Hathcock, Zane Hathcock, Christian Alexander Hathcock, Noah Thompson, Alyce Tymora Woods and Gavin Zayn Woods; and his great grandchildren, Zayden Hathcock and Loki Derose Nicholson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
