He is survived by: his wife Clara Tanner; his children, Charles Tanner of Miami, OK, Jason Tanner (Samantha) of Wyandotte, OK, Joann Tanner of Wyandotte, OK, Kathy Mae Barker (Adam) of Konawa, OK and Melissa Ann Tanner of Stroud, OK; his stepsons, Jay Valverde (Julie) of Spokane, WA and Richard Younger of Miami, OK; and his siblings, John "Wally" Tanner (Barbara) of Perkins, OK, Isaac Tanner of Wyandotte, OK and Karen Seigel of Welch, OK. He is also survived by several grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
