It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Francis Bartley (Wyandotte, Oklahoma), who passed away on January 4, 2019, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ollie Bartley and Geneva Bartley; and his sister Vertie Barber. He is survived by: his wife Janice; his sons, Curtis, Brad (Dipti) and Bryan Andrew (Mandy); and his grandson Seth.
