He was predeceased by: his mother Babs Rush Pulliam; and his grandfather Larry Rush. He is survived by: his siblings, Matthew Bilke of Gravois Mills, MO, Caleb Sabatka of Beatrice, NE and Danielle Rush of Grove, OK; his grandmother Linda Rush of Wyandotte, OK; his father Dean Pulliam of Grove, OK; his aunt Tonya Caudill of Wyandotte, OK; and his uncle Jamie Rush of Peoria, OK. He is also survived by several nephews, nieces and cousins.
