He is survived by: his wife Iris Evalyn Phelps (Totsie); his children, Billy Justin Phelps (Shaina) of Wyandotte, Oklahoma., Stephanie Lee Griffith (Jeremy) of Newton, Kansas. and Shannon Lee Lopez of Webb City, Missouri.; his siblings, William Phelps (Irma) of Falfurrias, Texas., Linda Martin (Carl) of Macomb, Oklahoma., Tonya Jennings of Shawnee, Oklahoma. and Susan Thomas (Robert) of Wyandotte, Oklahoma.; his grandchildren, Heather Lopez, Stephen Wolfe, EmiLee Wright, Mikala Wright and Alex Escobedo; and his great grandchild KinLee Sue Carrigan.
