He was predeceased by: his parents, Burton Hickman and Pauline Hickman (Whitehead); his daughter Beth Ann Hickman Jackson; his sister Marilee Hood; and the mother of his children Susan Falkenhagen.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Falkenhagen; his children, Steven Hickman (Lyn) of Vancouver, WA. and Amanda Sherry (Neal) of Vancouver, WA.; and his siblings, Eldon Hickman (Billie) of Woodward, OK., Kathy Payne (Chuck) of Enid, OK., Linda Jones and Patti Jo Boepple (Katherine Karsten) of Yellville, AR.. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
