He was predeceased by: his father Robert Eugene; and his grandparents, Ida Biggerstaff and Wilbur Biggerstaff. He is survived by: his mother Katherine Ann Manthe (Gates); his wife Ashley Manthe; his siblings, Linda Binkley (Edward Gay), Pamela Chadwick (Fred), Amber Kottman (Brandon Page) and Kris Kottman (Amber Sherwood); and his close friend Douglas Lee. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
A memorial service was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Billings Funeral Home Chapel (1621 Downs Ave, Woodward, OK 73801).
