She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Vernon Price and Vivian Pauline Hamre Price; and her stepmother Berna Deane. She is survived by: her siblings, Roger and Verna; her cousins, Yvonne, Charles and Walter; her sister Golda; her husband Lenard Umphers; her sister Sandra Price of Greenville; her aunt Jocelynn Gray of Bellevue; and her friends, Susan Kwong, Richard Thompson and Vee.
Covid restrictions were a hardship, but Vee enjoyed phone calls and window visits.
Memorials may be made to the United Methodist Church, Arnett.
