She is survived by: her siblings, Jay Fulfer (Susan) of Midland, Texas and Joy Moore (Doug) of Texas; her husband Chuck Smith; her children, Tammy Charmasson (Kevin) and Zan Smith of Woodward; and her grandsons, Tucker Covalt of Mustang, OK, Corby Covalt (Kelsey) of Norman, OK and Dax Covalt of Norman, OK. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
