Forrest; her daughters, Kimberly Sandoval (Christopher) of Hugoton and Kristi Haney (Bryan) of Yukon, Oklahoma.; her grandchildren, Kassidy Sandoval, Kenzey Croft (Sandoval), Delayne Pio, Devory Pio and Brandi Haney; her great grandchildren, Kamdyn, Kenna, Kashlee and Coy; her brothers, Jerry Story (Norma) of Sharon, Oklahoma. and Keith Story (Mona) of Sharon, Oklahoma.; her stepchildren, Lonnie Forrest (Casey) of Woodward and Amy Lower (Jeff) of Tulsa, Oklahoma.; her grandson Chandler Clay Sandoval; and her stepson Derek Forrest.
