It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Sidney Don Smiley in Woodward, Oklahoma, born in Fairview, Oklahoma, who passed away on November 20, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Don Russell and Eudora Fern Smiley (Edwards); his brothers, Phillip and Stephen Smiley; and his granddaughter Erin Nicole Smiley.

He is survived by: his wife Doris Sampson of Waynoka; his son Scott Wade Smiley (Misty) of Waynoka; and his grandson Kile Scott. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.

Memorial contributions may be made through the funeral home to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
