He was predeceased by: his parents, Preston Leon and Edna Louise Holt (Pennebaker); his former wife Barbara; his wife Wendy; and his brothers, John William Holt, Robbie Ray Holt and James Walton Holt.
He is survived by: his siblings, Bob Holt of Woodward, Ben Holt of Woodward and Sally Crisswell (Rex) of Woodward; his nieces and nephews, Randy (Rhonda) of Woodward, Lisa Crisswell of Colorado, Becky (Tim) of Colorado, Angie (Adam) of Colorado, Jenny (Jason) of Colorado, Waylon Holt of El Paso, Barak Holt of Kansas, Kristi Holt of Woodward and Robby Holt; his close friend Don Prince (Mindi); and also, Kimberly M. Geronimo and Nichole Chapple Hardin. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 31st 2024 from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM at the Billings Funeral Home (1621 Downs Ave, Woodward, OK 73801). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Billings Funeral Home Chapel (1621 Downs Ave, Woodward, OK 73801).
